Everything I've read says that if you're going to do web programming, use NT. But I'd really rather not use NT on my home computer because it's a lot more of a pain than 98. My husband says it may not even work with my new computer.

So I'm wondering how bad PWS is? Has anyone done web programming on 98? Rick's book says it's unstable. In what sense? Does it crash a lot?

On the flip side, does anyone know if NT will work with the Anypoint networking that comes with Gateways?

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Michelle
