Good Day!

I am trying to do some research on how to override the display settings set thru windows when it comes to the color scheme of my forms.

I have read the MSDN documentation and have followed the instructions, but it does not seem to override the colors set thru the control panel. Can anyone give me a point in the right direction as to how to accomplish this?
