Actually I have linked the picture file in my database as

append general from

If it is .bmp it shows in the general field, but if it is .jpg than it shows the icon of the file. and the same way only .bmp is seen in crystal reports and .jpg is missed , even though it has the ability to accept .jpg picture ?
