Mark,

There is no file called Win32Api.dll - it is a collection of .DLL files that are in Windows - Kernel32.dll and others (I can't remember the names of them off the top of my head!)

When you declare a function in win32api, the system works out which dll file the function resides in.

HTH (even if just a little bit!)
regards
