Todd, I have used ForeHelp95. It's a sweet little package, and the demo version lets you create help files of limited size - so you can get a good feel for the product.

I'm not sure how M$'s move to HTML will affect your plans - I guess we have to stick to the current standards and see how it all shakes out.
