I inherited an existing VFP project today requiring some simple modifications to some forms and reports. (piece of cake). However, this project was initially created using the VFP app wizard, and is associated with apphook.vcx. I've never used the VFP wizard to create any applications (I prefer the Mere Mortals Framework). In any case I can't get the .exe to compile without asking to include it, but it can't be included because it's being used (somewhere) by the project being built into an .exe. (catch 22) The funny thing is that I can hit cancel when building the .exe and the .exe builds and runs fine. I just want to know what it's for, and why I need it.

How can I remove it?
What bad things might happen if I remove it?
What else can I remove that Mr. Wizard has added for the project?
Oh yeah, just as important, I cannot get the setup to build correctly either.
