I should be a little more specific.
This is going to be part of my framework. The data
module could be used in the load of the form, or from
within other DLL's which run separate processes.
By doing it with classes in a VCX, it gets compiled
into the APP/EXE.
If I create it as a DLL, its a free module that I can
change without recompiling my entire APP
