When I get to the type of index, "Primary" is not listed, just Candidate, Unique and Regular. Where's the Primary listing?

The table must be in a Database in order to choose Primary. If you have a database to put it in, open it with an Open Database ? command. Then choose Add and point to the table. After adding it to the Database, then modify the structure and you will see the Primary option available. If you don't have a Database yet, create one with a Create Database command and follow the steps above. You will still need to make sure the field you want as the primary is unique, otherwise an error will be generated when you save your changes (adding the primary index).
