Im looking for a DOS or WIndows based utility that once run it will slow down my Pentium II, III based system...the program I have will not run on a fast machine...runs ok on a regular pentium but give me ath" runtime error 200" when i try to run it on a Pentium Celeron II or II system....any info from any1 will be most appreciated.
