The OLEControl's OLEClass contains the CLSID for the control; go to the registry, and locate the
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\CLSID from the OLEClass property\InProcServer32 registry key, and that will tell you the exact file that is referenced by the VFP control.

The same applies to OLEBoundControl class instances.
