I have even reverted to trying to make this work with the VFP baseclass spinner. These are the properties I set:

Increment =   0.25
InputMask = "99.99"
KeyboardHighValue = 24
KeyboardLowValue = 0
SpinnerHighValue =  24.00
SpinnerLowValue =   0.00
Value = 0.00
Name = "spnDebit"

When I run the form and click the up or down button, the value will not change until I hit a whole number value. Anyone get something similar to this to work? I am using VFP 6 SP 3.
