On the first click of the 'Add' button, the fields on the form does not get blanked - they still show the data from the currnet record. I click Revert, and on the next and succesive Add-clicks, it works as it should. A situation must exist at startup, that gets rectified on the first run. It has worked Ok before, it suddenly happened. Anybody got any idea? (If I create a new form, it works ok, - but I would like not having to do it all over again)

Rolf,
Just a question or two here but; you didn't indicate what you are mapping your control sources to; a table, a view or to class properties or no mappings. You also do not indicate whether you are using buffering or not.
My guess here is that you are mapping directly to a table. When you click 'Add", do you insert a blank record which should map to the form? Whatever code you are running for your 'Revert', you might try in the form's .Init to clear your form.
Some additional info on how you have this form set up would be appreciated.
