Totally agree, For HK gov, there is a download to check the BIOS of the PC can or not handle y2k!!
I wonder that some of the PC can pass the Y2k test but fail on leap year test!!
i.e. maybe fail to jump from Feb 28 to Feb 29 but allow direct assign to Feb 29
ppl may need to adjust the date of Feb 29, 2000 manually!!
but there will be more than 10 years making ppl nerously on date format...
e.g. 05/06/07 can means:
2005/06/07 if YMD format
2007/05/06 if MDY format
2007/06/05 if DMY format
+_+ that's why we need to show full year YYYY!!
