How big is too big? Does the exe give you problems loading and running? Don't your users like the idea that your new application is on 15 disks? Mine love it.

You can make the exe smaller, just mark all forms, vcx, frx, mnx as excluded and distribute them with the exe. That will make the exe smaller but teh initial install will still be large. Of course doing this will allow update to small parts of the system without a complete reinstall.
