In addition to the FAQ entry here on UT that Sylvain mentioned, the runtime file interrelationships and dependencies, including self-registration requirements, can be found in VFP6R.DEP in DISTRIB.SRC, and there is a sample .REG file that outlines some additional registry keys required byt he VFP6 runtime that are not created through self-registration.

The .DEP file does not go into the details of various ActiveX components that you might want to ship with your application; you'll need to examine the OCX/DLL files using a tool like the VS^ DEPENDS.EXE to check what DLLs are needed by each one if the vendor doesn't supply documentation on the required files for the control.
