Susan, Set fields to .... is a command you should be carefull of. I almost forgotten its existence :) W/o it you could do what you want. So your purpose would have a better reply :) OTOH apart from erroneous behaviours what was the error stopping you ? You might have limited access to a necessary field. Cetin
