No problem. On your Hub you 'should' have an indicator light marked 'collision'. This means data is colliding with other data across the network when it lights up. Which means in effect data is not getting through.
IMO == In My Opinion
PCI Lan adapter is a newer adapter. It goes into the PCI slot in your PC (as opposed to the ISA slots). PCI slots are faster and have a wider data bus. They can move data in/out of a PC MUCH faster then an ISA adapter. I highly reccommend at least one on the server.
