I have a form with a Grid. It uses one free table to populate the grid. Grid has 5 columns. Very simple. Table is opened with an Alias name, and RecordSource is set to that Alias name.

When I run the form, I get the following message:

Error loading file - record number 5. Form1 . Loading form or the data environment: Index tag is not found.

I see nothing wrong with record number 5 or any other record. I see nothing wrong with Form1. The table is selected and ordered prior to calling the Form.

I have already asked another VFP programmer to look at this. Neither of us can see a problem. Do any of you have an idea, or some experience to draw from?
