That's an area growing in this business, too. The name of my company was the result of an original direction to provide expert technical referrals on demand but my original partner, a recruiter, had a change in plans.

I know of one guy who couldn't code to save his life, yet makes well into the 6 figures doing just this sort of referral matchup stuff.
