We have Visual FoxPro 5.0 form with some text boxes on it. The text boxes with control sources that is from a numberic field in a table can cause problems. This will happen when the record pointer is on a newly appended record with all null field values. When the insert key is on, FoxPro will automatically put a zero to the right of the cursor when the first digit is entered into the text box. If the user tabs out of the text box the zero becomes part of the text box value. If the insert key is off it does not do this. How can we keep the zero from popping up? (We don't want to have the insert key off)
