Size of the monitor has nothing to do with it. It's the resolution that's causing you problems. Under Programs/Options/Forms there is a setting for maximum design area. You'll probably want to set that to 640x480. Or, maybe you could run the smaller monitors at a higher resolution, but then you may need a magnifying glass! :)
