When I tried it last night, I only build an out of proc. server. I just tried an in-proc. server and it's not firing. This sounds so familiar, but I can't remember where I remember reading about this. Damn.

But, it looks like the in-proc. server isn't going to fire for some reason. I wonder if you could include one of the other C-based versions of a timer (that are in the download section here) in your class and see if the in-proc. server timer will run. I'll have to look around and see if I can find the info. I'm sure I've read at some point.
