If you want to get serious about this, do your development at 640x480 (or whatever the lowest possible res. is), but use the Sysmetric vfp function to grab resolution on user machines and then resize you app accordingly.

I'll admit I haven't actually finished doing this yet myself, there's some work involved in a large app with a wide variety of controls, but it's the best long-term solution, and in a small app shouldn't be too difficult - there's some code for it on the UT somewhere I copied...
