The same is true of Visual Basic. The 6.0 exe is "small", but DLL's must be loaded as well as DLL's from the Win OS are used. Why doesn't Microsoft load all required VFP DLL's, with the OS? That will reduce the sie of a VFP app a bit, and give VFP developers a positive feeling about how Microsoft feels about VFP!
