Well, I don't think our "feelings" are what MS is concerned about but the proper and efficient execution of the software ( did I just say MS is concerned about proper and efficient operation? :-) ) Well, you get the point. You wouldn't want to load all possible DLL's onto every system, only the ones required. The OS's are alredy bloated enough as it is. :-)
