No, I have not set anything for the Value property because based upon previous choices of the user, different databases may be used. My row source type is "Fields" and the fields are chosen after the database is chosen in the previous list box.

Your comment that it works on yours gives me concern about my old version. We still have 3.0. 6.0 has been purchased and received but we can't seem to get our department computer people to install it.

Hopefully that will fix the problem. I appreciate the assistance and if you have any other ideas let me know.
