A better way to do it is to create subclass of SFReportEngine as a class, then change the cReportEngineClass and cReportEngineClassLibrary properties of the form to point to the new class and class library. Also, I'm curious as to why you're subclassing this component. I'm sure you have a good reason for it, but we envisioned this would only be subclassed rarely since it's really just a "manager" objects that directs other objects that do the actual work.

Doug,
I use both Stonefield Database Toolkit and Query. I am very impressed with the quality and performance of both products. I have the Stonefield Reports demo and I am looking forward to the upcoming release. Any update on expected release date? If it is not going to be out this month, let me know if it is possible to get a copy of the beta.
Kind Regards,
Mat
