There was a recent thread on the new O2K document/task bar issue on one of the MVP newsgroups. Tamar commented that at first she didn't like it, then realized how much better it is this way and that she used to try to Alt-Tab anyway.

I essentially treat each form as a separate document now. In my apps, you do File> Open or click on the open button and a list of forms is displayed in an Open dialog. Having each open as a separate item in the task bar doesn't appeal to me personally...too much clutter, IMO.

Having said that, I agree with Sylvain that is should be user configurable.
