Another trick is to get your server to boot directly form the CD-Rom if possible. I found it faster than NT loading all the files from the Diskettes, not to mention that I had problems reinstalling NT on a multiple partition drive, saying that it couldn't find the partition that SETUP had created (which it hadn't)...
