I'm guessing you need to ALLTRIM() the values from the cursor, since the spaces are likely messing things up. ie.

ThisForm.oleMSTreeView.Nodes.add;
  (alltrim(TView.cRelative, 4, alltrim(TView.cIndexKey), alltrim(TView.cDescText))
