I would start to fight this problem by creating report form with Print Setup pointed to particular tray. Then I would save the form and look at Expr field in frx file. If I would find something tray-specific there then I'm on right track, because I could distribute this form as separate file and hack the field on fly. Surely, it's all might be totally wrong, but you may check it.
