I built an exe which contained the usual version info (Copyright, Comments, Version number etc) and which displayed it normally in the Windows 98 Properties/Version dialog.

But when I added a class which was ole public to allow the exe to function as an ole automation server and rebuilt my exe I found that the Version tab of the Windows 98 Properties dialog disappeared as though I had not set any version info.

Has anyone else noticed this behaviour?
