We already have a set per hour fee.
What I am looking for is a tool to where I would put in the estimated source lines of code, or GUI metrics (# of forms, reports, dialog boxes, and tables) and be able to come up with best, worste, and realistic hours.
I downloaded a tool for this over a year ago and since then I had changed computers and can't find the file and don't remember the name of it.
