Bonjour Benoit,
I just had the same problem. Did you copy your disk from Windows explorer. If yes then check if you can see the hidden files because odbcstf.dll is hidden.
It could be the reason it was not copied to that first disk.
To make a long story short odbcstf.dll is a hidden file.
