>I have a query building form with 3 chkboxes (among other controls). In the course of events, I call another form with a grid of query results where I can right click a record and edit it further. This edit screen has two chkboxes with similar CAPTIONS, but different NAMES and CONTROL SOURCES. When I am finished and drop back to the query building form, my check boxes don't work right. They select when I click them, but the .T. or .F. state only refreshes as I lose focus on the control. If I close and re-run the form it works fine. I have found a pattern to reliably cause the problem, but I don't have a clue as to the nature of the problem.

Try a This.Refresh in the chkbox click...
The Anonymous Bureaucrat,
and frankly, quite content not to be
a member of either major US political party.
