That would have worked like a charm, but you made me realize that it had nothing to do with a form. I just went to project manager and looked under 'menu'. I removed it from there. (Duh!) I've never used menus so it didn't even occur to me to look there. Thanks again.

>Oh..OK...try this: Open the project file as a table, as in USE myProject.PJX. The do LOCATE FOR "menu1" $ outfile. It should be a record with a Type field value of "M". If you find it, delete that line, close the table and then rebuild the project.
