In all probability, some file required by the MSCAL.OCX control was not present on the targetn system, or was not the correct version required by the OCX for it to function. You need to check the file dependencies for the MSCAL.OCX file (if you have Visual Studio, DEPENDS.EXE will describe the full set of file and registry dependencies for the file.)
