Here's something a little interesting:

1) I install a vfp app on a new NT machine, and all the runtimes are placed in the Winnt\system dir, and it runs "out of the box" (with a few minor GUI problems)
2) I install a PB6 app on same, and it puts PB runtimes in Windows\system dir. PB app will not run until I create an autoexec.bat with a path for the runtimes. It looks like it has to have separate apps built, maybe, for each OS, I'm not sure. Are MS apps "smarter" than PB apps?
