I don't think there are too many people out there that can interpret those page fault codes,but you might be able to narrow it down. here's a couple of questions: are there any activex controls ? what are the commands that are being executed at the time? does it only happen with the exe and not say an .app or in development? try stepping though the code with the debugger, and try to isolate the line of code that is causing the problem. hth -jack
