Must be nice to have customers with money to burn. The best solution is to use 1 tray with alternating colors of paper. However, I got this to work in an HP 5Si using 2 trays. By clicking File, Page Setup from the VFP menu while designing the report, I could specify the trays to use. In the Page Setup dialog, click the Print Setup button. From the Print Setup dialog, click the Properties button. On the Paper tab, I selected the Different Paper for First Page option. I was then able to specify Tray 2 for the first page and Tray 3 for all other pages. I suspect this will be the best you can do.

Personally, I think the risk of paper jams these days are very negligible if you get a solid printer like a 5Si or IIID, etc. Otherwise, the choice is a very expensive convenience for just printing an invoice.
