Is there any way to get programmatic access to Schedule+ or Outlook for VFP3.0b and Win95?

Foxmapi.fll worked under FPW2.6 but not under VFP3.0.

I have an app written in 2.6 ported to VFP, this is the only thing I can't seem to get going. MAPI works fine with the MAPI.OCX supplied.
