>>We have some developers in our department that are experiencing a strange problem. Sometimes when VFP errors their errorbox comes up blacked out. This errorbox is supposed to show the standard VFP error. This also occurs in the command window, when an error occurs the error box comes up but you cant read it because it is blacked out. Has anyone else seen this or know of a fix?

A workaround might be to activate an error handler when starting the dev environment and display errors using your own form (cheesy I know). Otherwise I would suggest a call to MS.
Hello Evan, I must have not made myself clear. The error box that is blacked out is the one VFP puts up not me. Say you go to your command line and type 'CUBS WIN'. You will get (or should get) a VFP error box come up that states 'Unrecognized Command Verb' with two buttons that are OK and HELP. Well what some of my developers get and this is only sometimes is a box that is blacked out where the message should be. So they cant tell what the error was and this makes it hard to debug. Hope this clears it up.
