It sounds like a logic problem. I recommend suspending execution and examining the view/cursor that is the RecordSource for the grid. Also, make sure you've set the grid's RecordSource property. If you leave this blank it can give you whacky results! If you've got version 6.0 of the Framework, I recommend that you use the Framework Builder to set this property. If you set it directly using Visual FoxPro's Property Sheet it blows out the ControlSources of your columns.
