Good morning everybody... problem still not solved. Arnon- saveing recno() and then GOing to it after the SET ORDER command was the first thing that I tried. No dice. In the Afterrowcolumnchange event of the grid, I fill the value of a test text box on the form with the record number just to see what is happening, and the record number jumps around with every tab. I can't understans what's happening here. The most curious thing is that the form works, but only for the record that happens to be in the first row in the grid. Why does the grid care what record is in the top row, or more importantly, how does it know? (ie- where is that record number stored, so the grid can refocus on it after re-ordering?) This has got me pretty confused.
If you have any input or suggestion, I would appreciate them very much, but please be detailed. Thanks a million.
