If you have your navigation functions (Top, Prev, next, end) tied to menu functions with hotkeys defined for them, this will accomplish your goal. You also might want to consider using Ctrl-PgUp (Top) PgUp (Previous) PgDn (Next) and Ctrl+PgDn (Bottom) ... a bit more intuitive and easier to put into the menu hotkey.

Your add and edit functions could also correspond to an Alt-A and Alt-E menu options or commandbuttons on the form with \
Your Save and Cancel functions could map to form commandbuttons with the Default and Cancel properties set to true, respectively, to allow Esc for Cancel and Enter for Save.
