I'm having a problem running the setup wizard.
"Error generating CAB file(s): Error code 3. Unable to add file to CAB. Check to make sure files exist and are not in use."

I had the same problem previously, and ran through the suggestions here on the UT regarding this problem:

Upgrade to SP3.
Make sure all project files are closed.
Make sure "create dependancy file" is checked.
CLOSE ALL
CLEAR ALL

These solved my problem the first time, but it's happening again and these aren't working. Any suggestions?
