Morys, I wasn't clear - my apologies.

What I meant is that you can use the 'image' and 'textbox' controls on the Form Controls toolbar in VFP 3 or 5. These are the standard controls shipped with VFP.

Then when the instructions talk about writing snippets you write code in the corresponding methods.
