I just download 2 software which use MsAgent to
Speak aloud clip text in English!
I take a look on C:\Windows\MsAgent, most files are DLL and one AgentSVR.exe
Surely We can make a fancy speech help! But How to call them!?
Since I can run both software, surely it is independent on call and I can download other characters from M$
p.s. Current only English is available, Two Shareware Software are:
