I do have the memory configured to allocate dynamically. I am uploading the data one record at a time by appending new records through a remote view. I realize that there is a bulk insert method of doing this, but I am converting an old fox 2.6 app and the code is already there to parse the text file that I am importing. The error has been occuring in VFP.

I think I have found a solution however. I SET NOCOUNT ON and it seems to be working. I started my import last night and when I got in this morning it had already imported over 150,000 records.
