Yeah, I suppose it does depend on what is considered a transaction.

>- retrieve each message you haven't read (1 or more transactions)
>- click on message to read (maybe read 60 or so messages)

>- in the meantime the UT has refreshed a few times
>- someone has sent you a private message
>- you looked up a file, then downloaded it
